Top 10 Quarterback Prospects for the 2013 NFL Draft

This season’s Quarterback crop is viewed by many as mediocre, as it lacks a superstar-caliber prospect.  However, there are many players out there who I believe could start for an NFL team as soon as next season.  With teams like the Bills, Jets, Cardinals, Jaguars, Chiefs, and Raiders among other looking for a quarterback, some of these guys will go very high in the draft.  Thus, it is in the best interest of many fans to get to know these prospects.  So, here we go:
