1) Minnesota Timberwolves- Karl-Anthony Towns, C, Kentucky
The Timberwolves have options with the number one pick, but their best is Karl-Anthony Towns. Towns is 6’11, 250, and is so athletic. He showed his defensive ability with a ton of blocked shots for Kentucky this past season. His offensive game needs developing, but he has all the physical tools you would want in a franchise player. Towns averaged 10 points, almost 7 boards, and 2 blocked shots a game as a freshman for the Wildcats. Pairing Towns and Wiggins would give the Timberwolves one of the best young duos in the game. The Timberwolves also have a lot of money tied up with center Nikola Pekovic, a reason they may shy away from Jahlil Okafor.
